Best i could conclude, was that the ink hole from the cartridge to the print head, was plugged and all that was required was pushing a pin into the hole. I had hoped for such a practical solution from HP, but, nothing has been documented or provided. It would have been a crime to throw away a essentially new printer for a slight plug!
